Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:‬

‭Please allow 2-3 working days to process your order. Expect an email within this timeframe to let you‬ ‭ know your order is on the way!‬

‭DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:‬

‭Orders are generally shipped within 3-5 working days using either Royal Mail or a selected courier company.

‭We do not ship outside of United Kingdom at this‬ time.‬

‭For calculated shipping rates:‬‭ Shipping charges for‬‭ your order will be calculated and‬ displayed at checkout.‬

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES‬

Please see our returns policy.

‭We accept returns up to 30-days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original‬ condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.‬

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible‬ at annelouisecreations@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We‬  address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory‬ solution.‬
